How do I use this Pack?

Step 1 – At the Start of Post

Distribute the AS11 Metadata Entry sheet early. Populate known fields, and flag anything that still needs confirmation from the client or broadcaster.

Step 2 – Before Export

Run through the Delivery Checklist to prep your timeline: clock, slate, audio tracks, timecode start, blanking and safe zones.

Step 3 – Before QC or Delivery

Finalise metadata. Check for consistency between file name, production number, slate, and form fields. Confirm all boxes are ticked before upload and delivery.

Step 4 – Keep a Copy

Save your completed versions in your project archive. They’re helpful for redeliveries, future series, and internal tracking.
